Return Policy

Items can be returned within 5 calendar days of receiving the items for store credit or exchange only. Customer is responsible for cost of shipping back to me. Shipping is non-refundable, unless there was a mistake on our end. Anything purchased at a discounted price is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return. Returned items must remain un-washed and unworn with tags. On rare occasions, a damaged item or the wrong merchandise is received by a customer. In such a case, please notify me by email within 72 hours of receiving the items and provide pictures of the damaged item and/or wrong merchandise. Refund will be issued upon receiving returned items and inspected by our staff. Refunds will be issued 1-2 business days after receiving return.

We are a small business store, doing the best we can to provide unique and good quality products for our customers. 

 
Shipping

Please note that USPS is currently experiencing longer delivery times. We process orders *within 1-3 business days* Monday to Friday. We do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays. 

Flat Rate Shipping is for free. Majority of orders ship out within 1-3 business days, but we always warn customers that this could be longer in peak seasons and we guarantee shipping within 15 business days. You will receive a tracking email once your order is shipped! If it is stated that item is a pre-order, an estimated date of arrival will be listed on the product page.

Lost or Damage Package

We will do all we can to help you find your lost package, but please understand once the package is in the hands of the mail carrier Mickan Gin Boutique is not held responsible. We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in shipment. Please make sure your packages are being shipped to a secure location. We are not responsible for stolen merchandise.

If your tracking shows "delivered" and you have not received your package, Mickan Gin Boutique is not responsible. This issue must be resolved with the United States Postal Service or your local law enforcement.

We as a small business we care for our customers and for that reason we do our best to pack all items well and secure. We also provided safe packages and tracking numbers.
